We collect the Personal Information you provide us to obtain our Services and Personal Information collected by cookies through your visit of this Site.

• When you make a reservation: We collect your name, phone number, and email address to take your reservation.
• When you order a Store Take-Home Meal: We collect your name, phone number, email address, and your order to fulfil it.
• When you buy a gift certificate: We collect your name, email address, phone number, amount of your gift, the name and email of the recipient as well as an optional message you may choose to add.
• When you contact us: You may choose to leave us your name, email address, phone number, and any information in a message for us to contact you.

• All the Personal Information you provide us is with consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, at which point we will delete your Personal Information unless it is still necessary for the purposes for which you provided it.
• Personal Information we collect when you visit our Site: Like all websites, we use cookies to make our website function. They may collect:

• The pages you access on the Site, your frequency of access, and actions you take while on the Site.

We ensure, through our contracts with them, that they protect your Personal Information as we do and that they never use it for other purposes than to assist us in providing our Services. We may also from time to time use other third-party services as mentioned in section 6, below.

4. Where Your Personal Information May be Stored
Through our services providers, such as in support of this Site, it is possible that the Personal Information you provide us could be communicated outside Québec. 5. How We Keep Your Personal Information Safe
We apply security measures necessary to ensure the protection of the Personal Information we collect with appropriate cybersecurity measures and limited access among our staff on the basis of what they need to know to provide you the services you have requested.
