There are few better ways to celebrate a summer evening than with freshly shucked oysters, a glass of chilled champagne, and live jazz in the garden.

During the month of August, guests with dinner reservations between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. are invited to begin their evening outdoors with this special seasonal experience (weather permitting). Settle into the garden, enjoy oysters shucked to order, sip champagne, and take in the sounds of live jazz before returning to the restaurant to continue your dining experience.

Simply let your server know if you’d like to participate when you arrive, and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s the perfect way to ease into an unforgettable evening at Les Fougères.
