On Tuesday, September 29, join us at Les Fougères for an extraordinary evening celebrating the fall harvest, inspired by the abundance of Québec and the Outaouais region.
The Delights of Autumn is more than a dinner. It is a celebration of everything a harvest can give us: the ingredients we gather, the things we preserve, the ideas we discover, and the memories we carry with us.
Over the course of a seven-course dinner, Chef Simon and the Les Fougères team will transform the season’s finest ingredients into an experience designed to surprise, delight and connect, accompanied by live music chosen to complement and enhance the evening.
Our Cellar Journey will accompany the evening with a curated selection of wines, Québec cider, beer and other discoveries from our cellar.
