We cater a wide range of gatherings, from intimate dinner parties and family celebrations to corporate events, cocktail parties, weddings and holiday gatherings. Yes. Les Fougères can host private events and celebrations, with menus created around your occasion and our team taking care of the food and hospitality. Contact us to learn more about hosting your gathering with us.

Yes. We can help with weddings, rehearsal dinners, milestone celebrations and other larger gatherings. The best approach depends on your guest count, venue, menu and service requirements, so we recommend starting a conversation with our team.

For off-site catering, we can accommodate up to 250 guests for pickup or delivery without service, and up to 200 guests when service is included. Capacity will depend on the amount of advance notice, the season and your menu selections.

For private events on-site, our garden and restaurant can currently accommodate groups of up to 80 guests each.

A culinary experience transforms a meal into an occasion. For gatherings where you want something beyond a traditional meal, Chef Allan draws on his gastronomy training at the University of Reims to bring together food, storytelling, setting and imagination. It might be a menu inspired by a place, season or story, an interactive element that brings guests into the experience, or a carefully designed setting that complements the food. Together, we create something uniquely yours, an immersive and memorable experience where the meal itself becomes part of the occasion.

Yes. For gatherings that call for something more personalized, our team can work with you to create a menu around your occasion, number of guests, venue and preferences.

No. While many of our guests naturally have a favourite they may want to use, many of our gatherings require that we create a custom menu.  There is no requirement to include something on your menu that is currently on our restaurant menu or available through the store. 

Yes. Depending on your location and the type of catering you’re planning, we can deliver your order to you. When you get in touch, we’ll discuss your event details and recommend the best option.

Absolutely. Many of our catering options can be prepared for pickup at Les Fougères, making it easy to bring our food to your home, office or event venue.

Service options are available for certain events and can be discussed as part of your planning. Tell us what you’re envisioning, and we’ll help determine what level of service makes sense for your gathering.

The amount of notice needed depends on the size and complexity of your gathering. We recommend reaching out as early as possible for larger events, custom menus and private or immersive experiences. For simpler catering orders (fewer than for 50 people) we may be able to accommodate shorter lead times depending on availability.
